Refund Policy
- Physical Merchandise (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes, Clothing) Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Condition: Media items (Vinyl/CDs) must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap. We cannot accept returns for opened media unless the item is defective. Damages: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., warped vinyl or cracked jewel case), please email us photos within 48 hours of receipt to request a replacement.
- Digital Downloads All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once the download link has been sent or accessed.
- Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
