Refund Policy 

1. Physical Merchandise (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes, Clothing) Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Condition: Media items (Vinyl/CDs) must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap. We cannot accept returns for opened media unless the item is defective. Damages: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., warped vinyl or cracked jewel case), please email us photos within 48 hours of receipt to request a replacement.
2. Digital Downloads All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once the download link has been sent or accessed.
3. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
